HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMMA & HALEY!!

Happy 11th birthday to long time pals, Emma and Haley. These two girls have known each other since they were 3. Their birthdays are a week apart so we decided to have a combined birthday party for these sweethearts. We started the evening with dinner at Wingers (the post after this one... I messed up!) then back to the our house for cake, presents and a slumber party. What a fun night this was..... wait, it's STILL happening at this very moment... I have 4 very LOUD girls downstairs right now going crazy and watching a movie!! Thank goodness for basements!! Happy birthday, girls, we love you!!

"Don't touch my cake!"

What's a slumber party without a "back-scratching" train! I remember doing this when I was 11!

Oooooo! very cool! We all love presents!!!!

Presents, presents, PRESENTS!!! Yea!

Check out his amazing cake that Emma's mom, Shannon, and I made!! I borrowed my sis-in-law's groovy Betty Crocker 'bake and fill' cake pans and created this masterpiece. We had so much fun making it together.

Look at the deliciousness of the inside of this cake! Mint-chip ice cream inside. Next time we'll put in some hot fudge around the cake before adding the ice cream. This cake was so yummy.

Fabulous cake! I will have to take lessons from you for Gage's b-day. Looks like you had tons of fun with all those girls. Didn't your house need more estrogen anyway?
It looks like everyone had a great time! I loved the cake!! Looks yummy!
