President Obama:

I let the girls go into school about 1 1/2 hours late this morning so that they could witness this historic inauguration.
It was very exciting. I told the girls that they will be able to tell their children that they witnessed this historical day on TV and that this day will be written in their children's' text books! Wow!
Lindsay took this one of me, my mini-me (Nat) and President Obama!
Taking the oath

Girls watching their new president.

Thumbs up to our 44th president,
President Barack Obama!
God Bless America!

You are so good to teach your girls the importance of education and the important things in life, I have always admired that in you! consider yourself hugged from me!

Macie "claimed" sick yesterday so I took the opportunity to have her watch the inauguration as well. It was very exciting and historic. We loved it. I told her she would be able to say she watched this and tell her children and grandchildren about it.

That is so great you gave your girls the opportunity to see history! So cool! I tried to get my boys to watch, but they had better things to do! :-)
