I had the greatest birthday on Saturday! (why is this blue and underlined?)
Gene had been in CA all week for work and came home late Fri. night, so he could be here for my special day.
He was awesome, he and the kids did all of my normal Saturday chores:
Grocery shopping
Laundry
Bathrooms
Vacuuming
It was so amazing to not worry about anything.
In the morning Lindsay, Nat and I went and saw "Marley and Me" at the Dollar Theater. We loved it and had a really good cry.
Later on we all went to the Brick Oven for dinner! Yum! Then we went home to the wonderful cake Haley made for me, then later Gene and I saw "He's just not that into you".
It was a gorgeous, sunny day and I was able to go on a walk with a friend, and relax throughout the day!
It was the best. And the coolest thing is, I am actually OK with turning 37! I was dreading it a few weeks before, but once Saturday morning came, I was happy to be having a birthday!
It was great, I had the BEST day!

I can't believe I saw you walking your dog and didn't say anything!!! I'm sorry I didn't realize it was your birthday. I'm glad you had a great day! You are awesome! And look great for 37!! Thanks for all you do for me.
What a jerk friend am I? I knew your B-day was in Feb. but I guess I just spaced it completly. I am glad it was a good day and that you got to spend it with family those are my fave!
Happy Birthday!! I also dread the #37 for some reason. It just sounds so old to me. You still look like you are in your twenties!
Happy Belated Birthday! I need to get online a little bit more. You're great Debbie!
