Had my appointment today.
I made progress! Currently I am 2cm dilated, 70% effaced and baby's head is at -1 station. 0 station means his head is engaged, so he is getting nice and low.
I am hoping to go into labor on my own, that's my plan! But if I don't, I am scheduled to be induced on Thursday, Feb. 18. There is a possibility that I can go Tuesday morning for induction, but I won't know about that until Monday afternoon. SO, next week for sure!
I was at a 2 when my water broke with Natalie... so my body is ready to go. I hope I can go into labor on my own and this weekend would sure be a great time... I am keeping busy. I was on the treadmill for 30 min. today and then went crazy with the girls as we cleaned the basement. Yesterday I did my pantry, fridge and freezer. I am going crazy and then my body is paying for it.. my poor, aching back. I feel as though I have no control over my body and such, but I DO have control over my house! My poor family.... :)
Tonight Gene and I are going out to dinner! I am very much looking forward to that.
So, good news. I'm well on my way to having this baby and the end is in sight with Thursday's induction. I am a happy camper!

Oh Debbie, I hope you go into labor on your own!!! Being induced is no fun at all, especially if that baby isn't ready! I hope it works out well for you! Our prayers will be with you.
